How we celebrate Memorial Day and a birthday today. @graceseo dad always eats Dungeness crab for his birthday. They miss Seattle so much!! We steamed some crabs the other day and had a fabulous dinner, but we have been waiting patiently for the spicy marinated crab to reach its sweet spot. Probably one of my favorite dishes anywhere.
