This has been a really requested video, and I've been a little nervous to record and then publish it, so I just recorded this as live and haven't gone back and edited anything. I really hope it's helpful (otherwise I might delete it as I've been overthinking and overthinking, haha). I feel like this is something that's not talked about enough, and I feel really strongly about changing negative perceptions of being single, and also society's attitudes towards people who are. I think from my DMs, lockdown has been very challenging for lots of single people who are feeling heightened feelings of loneliness, but also for people in relationships who have realised it's not the right one, but they're scared of biting the bullet and going back to single life. I thought I would share some of the lessons I learnt from my six years of being single, the highs and the lows. I've tried not to overshare, so that my words don't get taken out of context, so I hope this is useful, or at least interesting. ❤️
