🔥Sumo Squats - 4 sets x 15 reps.
🔥One arm dumbell row - 3 sets x 12 reps. I
🔥Tricep extension - 3 sets x 15 reps.
🔥Shoulders presses - 3 sets x 12 reps each arm.
🔥One arm bicep curl - 3 sets x 15 reps.
🔥push ups - as many as you can x 2 sets. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
