Behind those smiles was still a lot of healing and hurt taking place. This was October of last year in Spain & I found it really hard to “show up” especially online while we were going through such a tough year but have learned that I can take what’s holding me back from showing up, as a way to show up! Being transparent and sharing our stories, struggles and life on @jollyeverafterpodcast has connected me so much more to you guys. Today, these smiles are genuine and we’ve done so much soul work and healing, but it’s still a hard season for many different reasons.
