Pause your personal content. And in complete transparency, I reached out as an ally as to how to best support on #BlackOutTuesday because the movement has been incredibly strong thus far. I wasn’t sure if I was doing the right thing by posting a square in silence. I avoided using the BLM hashtag as to not bury important information and momentum of images and videos that needs to be shared. The Black community has encouraged allies to support, educate, converse and continue to light the path for BLM content exclusively. The goal is to silence our accounts to AMPLIFY the voices and information directly from the Black Community. I hope this sheds light on another day of fighting, and thank you to my brothers and sisters of the Black community for the clarification. 👊🏻👊🏼👊🏽👊🏾👊🏿
