Okay guys, yesterday was HARDCORE! We are having tough conversations. Lots of peeps were super upset about yesterday’s post, and I get it. In fact, that’s GOOD. Upset means we care. We’re talking about all kinds of ideas that upset the status quo in ways that are hard to imagine. We don’t even have vocabulary for some of the new ideas. It’s an emerging language. Some of the ideas will work, some won’t. Some will PARTLY work and will improve things or transform them into something that works BETTER. That’s the point here. Let’s start talking and thinking and agitating our current complacency. Let’s listen to different voices and different perspectives. Let’s get uncomfortable. Let’s get mad. Let’s get embarrassed. This is the most thrilling collective intimacy we’ve experienced in my lifetime. Let’s commit to a deeper relationship with ourselves and with each other.
