You don’t need to prove to the world that you’re showing up right now -> you just need to *show up*. • You are showing up by sharing resources. (book recommendations/donation links/protest information/voting dates/antiracism activist accounts) • You are showing up by voting for change. • You are showing up by putting aside your pride & ego and getting comfortable with being uncomfortable in order to learn & grow. • You are showing up by initiating uncomfortable conversations with friends/family. • You are showing up by teaching your children that yes we are all different but each & every person deserves the right to be seen and honored with the same respect. • You are showing up by ending friendships with those who don’t believe in equality. • • You are going to mess up. You are going to say the wrong thing. You are going to get it wrong. • But showing up and using your voice is where we can all start. Change needs long term sustainability & committed efforts by us all. • This is not a sprint
