A lot of you guys are missing the gym more than ever due to the lockdown, but that’s no excuse to not to work on your fitness! Because life has no remote, we have to get up and change it ourselves. You don’t need much space or any weights to do this, and it’s short enough to include in your normal day to day routine and still get the best results! So here are my 5 favourite butt exercises:

1️⃣ Sumo squat calf raises - 30 seconds
2️⃣ Fire hydrants - each leg for 20 seconds
3️⃣ Chair glute bridges - 30 seconds
4️⃣ Curtsy lunge to side kick - each leg for 20 seconds
5️⃣ Squat in and outs - 30 seconds
Take 10 seconds break between each exercise. Repeat for 3-4 rounds. ( or 5 - even better 🍑). If it’s too much, just do 1 or 2 for starters.
