I want to highlight a really cool Black-veteran led organization called Vets About Face @vetsaboutface
They're calling on the National Guard to step down and refuse their orders to summon. They provide resources and legal information for National Guard soldiers who would rather refuse their orders than oppress and brutalize their fellow citizens. They currently have a letter signed by over 700 veterans calling on the National Guard to step down and not become the violent pawns of a commander in chief intent on destroying his own citizens.
