各競技が条件付きで再開される中、柔道はいつ試合ができるんだろう、と不安を感じている柔道家が沢山いると思います。
柔道はコンタクトスポーツ。他競技と比べても再開できるのはかなり先になるのではないか、と私たちは考えています。
皆さんの日常から柔道が消えてしまわないように、心の中に柔道の火をともし続けるために、柔道家の力を1つにして立ち向かいたいと

プロジェクトを立ち上げました。
決して柔道の練習を早く再開するよう促すわけではありません。全日本柔道連盟の練習再開に向けたガイドラインに則しながら、いまの環境で創意工夫した練習やトレーニングを柔道家みなで共有して、この危機を乗り越えていこう、という主旨です。

小学生、中学生、高校生、大学生、年齢関係なく参加して頂けたら嬉しく思います。

There are many Judokas are worried about when they will be able to compete and practice Judo normally.
Judo is a contact sport. Compared to other sports, we think that it will take time for things to return back to the way they were.
In order to keep Judo from disappearing from our daily lives, I want to unite the power of Judokas.
This is why we will launch the #standupjudo project. It does not urge you to resume Judo practice early. The aim is to overcome this crisis by sharing practice and training methods in the given situation. The exercises need to comply with the guidelines set for by your local health authorities and sporting bodies.

Your age and level does not matter. This is a project for everyone!
