MALIN+GOETZ is a family owned and operated company, born out of Chelsea, NYC in 2004. Within our head office, 80% identify as female, 37% POC, 6% Black American, 8% Hispanic, 23% Asian or other Pacific Islander, and 63% Caucasian. Our leadership team is made up of 12 people: 25% identify as POC, 8% Black American, 17% Asian or other Pacific Islander and 75% identify as female. As a brand that values transparency, we do not want to hide behind these issues but rather, take responsibility in our role. Our team has implemented a racial equality committee that will report back to our CEO every month to ensure black voices are heard and amplified within all areas of the brand and our communications.
