We started with donations to six causes dedicated to change and racial justice (@NAACP, @blklivesmatter, @aclu_nationwide, @campaignzero, George Floyd’s Family GoFundMe and @amnesty), and took part in Blackout Tuesday. ⁣ ⁣ We have paused posting on our channels since then as we have watched and listened. ⁣ ⁣ We recognise that a lot more must be done. ⁣ ⁣ This week, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has kickstarted a wider ongoing conversation on diversity and inclusion—to share resources, ideas and learnings to better support our teams and to take positive action on this vitally important global issue. ⁣ ⁣ Within our company, we will work harder than ever to ensure that we are fostering a culture where the values of equality and inclusiveness are encouraged, supported and celebrated every day.
