I've felt both overwhelmed, uplifted, and everything in between over these past few weeks with everything going on. I just wanted to assure anyone who sees this that it's okay to take some time for yourself, to take care of yourself, and continue to advocate for what's right. Progress is a marathon, not a sprint, and I hope nobody beats themselves up if they feel like change isn't happening fast enough. With that in mind, I wanted to send some positive energy, words of encouragement, or just something to help to anybody who needs it.
