My work has been centralized in centerning Black pregnant people, Immigrant families, and underserved populations from a reproductive/birth justice framework. In 2016 I created the DecolonizeBirth Conference to center Black researchers, policymakers, data analysts, RJ Advocates, birth workers, and community a space that centered their work in equity and accountability for Black and Indigenous communities. *
