This past February we shot in the Dominican Republic with world renowned photographer Kate Powers ( @katepowerslovesyou ) To cap off our trip with the amazing people of Samaná, we held an empowerment and photography workshop with the girls of the Politécnico Santo Esteban Rivera school. Kate, Anita, MJ & The SI Swim Crew lent all of their expertise to provide a unique experience to educate, inspire and empower. Simply put, they challenged the girls to find beauty in themselves, each other and the world around them through the power of photography.
