Black Halo was founded in 2002 by Laurel Berman. Starting with a team of 5, the company now employs 43 women and men in Los Angeles and New York. During the Covid-19 pandemic Laurel, along with her partner and Co-Founder Sean Pattison, have maintained all staff with reduced hours, staggered shifts, established WFH where possible and have kept all medical benefits intact. We are taking it one day at a time along with the rest of the world.
