every day this week, make space for something quiet. sit in silence, go for a walk, take a bath, cuddle up on the couch with a cup of tea. no talking, no people around, no reading, no movement, no screen in front of you. something totally quiet. quiet enough that you can listen to what’s moving within you. we are taking in so much information all day long and to counter that we need to get serious about silence. it’s not going to magically happen on it’s own - you have to prioritize it. put something quiet on your to-do list and make rest as important as work. get still. tune in. breathe deeply. listen.
