Who says one person can’t make a difference?! Kennedy Mitchum is living proof that one person is all it takes. After watching too many individuals justify racism by citing the outdated definition in the Merriam-Webster dictionary, she took matters into her own hands and emailed the editor pointing out the need for a change. “The way that racism occurs in real life is not just prejudice it's the systemic racism that is happening for a lot of black Americans”. The editor responded and agreed. They hope to have a new definition in place for the next update to the dictionary. Well done, Kennedy. I know you’ve inspired others to speak up and speak out! After all, it only takes one person. ❤️ #WCW
