What's better than a chocolate cookie? A REALLY BIG, slightly chewy chocolate cookie, studded with bittersweet chocolate and cacao nibs, showered in flaky salt, cut into wedges and topped with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. It's the perfect balance of sweet, salty, bitter and rich, and when we last made it in the test kitchen pre-pandemic, the whole thing was gone in, oh, about fifteen minutes.
