And having single texture can sth be...boring 😂 Caught some super cheap ripe mangos that were on clearance sale at the wet market and churn them into the batter. Saved on the sugar cos mangos were sweet enuff on their own. Result doesn’t look as sexy as a classic basque cos mango purée can’t be burnt (only the cheese part).
