Today on Juneteenth – I want to highlight Poet Regie Gibson’s spoken word performance at our 2018 Embrace Ambition Summit. He wrote the poem backstage, summarizing the day’s conversations on race, gender and unconscious bias. His words are more relevant now than ever... “We are tempted to run in fear of our own ugly, but we must not run.” As part of our commitment to face these issues head-on we have made a donation to @blklivesmatter to support racial justice and the fight for equality.
I am hopeful that, as Regie said, “We can write another story. We will write another story.”
