Whenever I feel a tinge of judgment, harsh unfair perception or constricted emotions based on the action of another, I always try to ask myself, in that moment, “What am I afraid of?”... the answer isn’t always immediately clear, but given minimal consideration, my judgement is always based on fear: fear of another’s negatively perceived actions becoming a reality for me in some way, usually a tenseness felt upon the fear of anticipating my need to react. Before I DO actually react however, I’m learning to train my mind to look for the fear in me, in those I perceive to be acting not in a “spiritually appropriate” way, and to see through negative actions in all ways to reveal an unhealed fear or trauma that requires no polarity or reaction from me; just love. The moment you can learn to slow your reactions to things happening outside of you, the easier it’ll become to see low-vibrating actions as something that needs a different reaction in order to ensure it doesn’t occur again. Breaking old habits and beginning new ones begins inside your own mind, and this is a great practice to play with to retrain your perception and ask it for a new set of lenses in which to view the world happening outside of you. 👽💜☮️
