My father .... the sweetest man.
On long walks in Knapwell woods dressed in his wartime duffle coat and telling me all about the animals and the flowers . He knew every name of every tree, bush or flower .
And in NATO in Paris in 1966 as a psychologist.
He would have been appalled, heartbroken and hated so deeply where this world is politically right now .
The sweetest man . The gentlest man .
Happy Father’s Day to everyone especially those who have never known their fathers .
