Kale Chips:⁠
*Heat oven to 300 degrees.⁠
*Rinse and dry kale well (otherwise they will be soggy when you bake).⁠
*Lay in single sheet on baking pan.⁠
*Spray olive oil, coconut oil or whatever oil you like best.⁠
*Sprinkle some spices like @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning (Ranch is my FAV!!!!) and hand toss it around. *Bake for 10 minutes. Turn over and bake for another 8 minutes or so.⁠
*Let cool and enjoy! #glutenfree #ranch #healthy⁠
