ジミー・チンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ジミー・チンInstagram)「The time I have spent in Yosemite really shaped my life as a climber, photographer and filmmaker. It was in Yosemite that I took my first published photographs, met many of my best friends and mentors and shot two covers for National Geographic. And of course, we filmed Free Solo there. You could say it has a very special place in my heart. ⁣ ⁣ Two people I looked up to as a young climber and photographer were @yageryca and @pictures_of_fidelman. They lived, climbed and embodied the spirit of the Stone Masters. Over the years, @YagerYCA has collected significant pieces of climbing history and has given back to our community through efforts like @yosemitefacelift. @pictures_of_fidelman has probably spent more time documenting the heart and soul of the climbing tribe and culture in the Valley than anyone else I know. ⁣ ⁣ Along with the Yosemite Climbing Association they are ready to open their museum of historical climbing artifacts and a gallery of climbing art in Mariposa, CA. It’s a place to share and preserve Yosemite history, climbing artifacts and art.
