My Mom never got a break in her 66yrs of living.....Came from a extremely strict non English speaking household, the eldest of 5, working young to help support her parents, dating outside of her race when it wasn’t suitable, divorcing before meeting my dad, wore the pants in our family....my mom was a Rebel in her day. Just describing her makes me realize our similar traits. She hated attention but couldn’t stand when she got no credit.....sound familiar? Like mother like daughter. I might be great at Dance but my mom was the Best Human Being and that means more than any talent in the world. My mom is untouchable. I miss you every single day.
