Coming on strong and putting Oceanside, California, back on the map, 14-year-old Lucas Owston (@Lucas_owston) is a young ripper to keep an eye on this summer and in the years ahead. When he’s not tearing apart O-Side Harbor, he’s a straight-A student that’s intrigued by the stock market and holds his pops up as his hero. A member of the U.S. Junior National program, he took out the USA Surfing Prime event in Huntington back in February. And he’s got numerous @NSSAsurf victories on his resume.
