Doing classic lifts a day or so after a terrible volume squat workout is a lot like trying to run underwater. In your head you’re like WOO BOY I am about to SPRINT & then immediately your body is goes neeeoooooooom & you look like you’re in a slow mo movie. Great way to make 80% lifts feel harder & also a great way to get slapped in the face with some humble pie. Still team #nobeltbitches (I miss you @2poodperformance) and making solid improvements in what feels like all areas. 5% athlete, 95% slug today, but it really do be like that sometimes
