Along with her partner, writer Brooke Taylor she conceived a brand built on a love of sartorial narrative, and the belief that life is improved through scenarios. And you know how much I love that. I became aware of Nana and Brooke in 2017 through Invisible Acts, a Kickstarter project exploring ethical production in fashion. Starting with making a simple workwear jacket, the initiative brought to light the hurdles faced when producing a fully sustainable brand. I’ve been a fan ever since so was absolutely thrilled when Nana reached out about wanting to make something for me.
