ジェイソンウーさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ジェイソンウーInstagram)「Celebrating the Dragon Boat Festival this weekend making the traditional Zongzi @mrwueats (Chinese sticky rice dumpling) with my sis @amanda_wangcheng for the very first time. The sticky rice is marinated in soy sauce and stuffed in bamboo leaves with simmered beef, salty egg yolk, and shiitake mushrooms. The dumplings are wrapped and tightly tied with cooking twine and simmered in the pressure cooker for about 1 hour.
