In the August 2020 issue of #BritishVogue, some of Britain’s greatest living image makers have created works that reflect the natural world during this time of reset. The original photographs and paintings point to a shared sense that nature has become ever more irresistible, especially for those in the city. #TimWalker’s still life, titled “Rose, clover, daffodils and thistle” depicts “detritus collected locally in Hackney and arranged to represent nature’s forever source of beauty,” as Walker puts it.
