Celebrating my 34th birthday and 9th month of pregnancy to baby A3 😆 had to be sure to start it right by getting my dose of endorphins in 😆 And now that I’m 9 months in and things are getting heavy, I’ve decided to just workout every other day nalang 😅 gotta choose where to spend my strength and energy now 😂 and nesting kicked in sooo late na into my pregnancy! 😂 but almost out of corners to clean and fix so I’m starting to slow it down a bit before things get crazy around here 😆 anyhoo, here’s my workout using my new toy, the powerbag 😆 got that and a few other things from @metcon_groupph 😊 happy happy me! Looks like working out at home will be the new norm so I’m investing on my health with equipment that keeps things new and exciting 😊 simple joys! But bread and dessert make me very happy too tho 😂🐷
Don’t forget to warm up before working out and cool down and stretch it out after! 😆
