I was doing my usual kickboxing training with coach @rlhandley and my big toe caught on the floor as I came down from a hard body kick. The toe folded under my foot, broke and dislocated. The emergency crew at our local Park City hospital took good care of me (thanks again!), sewed me up with nine stitches, and gave me a special boot to wear. Now it’s time to get this thing healed quick so I can fit it in my @DCShoes race boot for the Southern Ohio Forest Rally!
