Gymnastics is the best sport in the world, it’s a sport that I love and have done from the age of 7 years old.

The athletes have to be at the forefront of everything in sport and be truly valued. It angers me so much to see gymnasts having bad experiences as it is unacceptable. Every single gymnast at any level, from grassroots to elite should be able to look forward to training and look back on their career where positivity completely out ways any negatives.

It makes me so sad and angry to hear the stories of what these American gymnasts have had to go through. This has to change and has to change now. Completely admire the bravery of the gymnasts that have spoken out

Gymnastics is a tough sport but it’s a fun sport and that’s the way it has to be and more importantly, can be #gymnastalliance
