Watching rally cars slide around hairpins like this is one of the big reasons I fell in love with WRC. And Tianmem Mountain had a LOT of rad hairpins! Here’s one of my favorites where I tried to get 90 degrees before corner entry, in a truck that is as long as the road is wide, completely backwards before the apex, and back on the throttle as early as possible to keep the wheels spinning and carry that momentum into the next straight. That was FUN. And the light rain was starting to make it sketchy!
