絵を見ている人が絵になる絵、ピーター・ドイグ。「絵画と鑑賞者の間にあるものは？」というテーマで美大時代に卒論で取り上げた画家。ちなみに自分なりの答えは「絵画と鑑賞者の間に何かがあるのではなく、絵画自体が鑑賞者それぞれの観点を見せる窓となる」というような哲学的なものだったと思う。Pictures of people looking at the pictures 🖼 I wrote about Peter Doig in my thesis “What is between a painting and the spectator?” during St Martin’s.
