Take a moment to breathe. Close your eyes, drop down into your body, start to feel heavy on the earth, connect to your internal world. Bring your focus back to the breath. Observe the breath. Is it heavy? Light? Deep? Shallow? Slow? Quick? Just observe and be a witness. Now as you inhale allow yourself to expand from your center and as you exhale slowly begin to release any tension in your body. Take 9 deep breaths. You are home. 💙
The more often we practice these simple techniques the stronger we get in these practices and the easier it gets to access this inner knowing which will help us live a more mindful and conscious life. The better we can serve ourselves in our own lives, the more we can also be of service to others. ✨
