If you haven’t had them yet - get on it and get cooking! #Lightlife   Mango Salsa  1 ripe mango peeled, seeded, diced 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion 2 tbsp chopped cucumber 2-3 tbsp fresh lime juice 1 jalapeño, minced  Guac 2 ripe avocados 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion 3 tablespoons freshly chopped chives 1/2 lemon juiced 1/2 lime juiced 2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste  Burgers 1 package Lightlife Plant-Based Burgers Brioche Buns   Cook the Lightlife Plant-Based Burgers on a grill according to the package directions. Remove and toast the buns until lightly golden.  Mango Salsa  Combine the diced mango, onion, cucumber, lime juice and jalapeño in a medium bowl. Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper.  Guac Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the pit from the avocado and discard. Remove the avocado from the skin and place the avocado flesh into a bowl. Add the lemon juice, lime juice, red onion, chives, jalapeño, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until half smooth and creamy. Taste and add more salt and pepper if desired. Mango Salsa
1 ripe mango peeled, seeded, diced

Guac
