A glimpse at the super glamorous rehab style workouts I have been doing the last couple weeks. Some of these exercises are about as exciting as watching grass grow haha! I’m restricted to low resistance and only the bike or walking for cardio for a couple more weeks but making the most of it. My short term goals right now are healing, retraining correct core function, & getting all my muscles turned back on. I am following @mamastefit C Section recovery plan and it is exactly what I need. 🙌🏻 Her pre and postnatal workout programming is so good 💯
The recovery so far has been going a LOT better than I anticipated. It will be a long, slow process but I’m motivated to put in the grunt work now to set myself up for success and long term health later 👌🏼 Always gotta play the L•O•N•G - G•A•M•E 💥 #1monthpostpartum
