Vegetarian mousaka - first of many dishes to be cooked with amazing book "Falastine" by @sami_tamimi and @tara.wigley. In this version meat got substitutet with spiced chickpea stew. There are some lamb koftas on the side, but dish is meat free per se.

Very comforting, very nurturing, full of pleasant. Today I had it hot, but I bet it will taste as good when cooled down.
