I use to hate how women’s clothing didn’t fit properly or what dresses looked like on me. I tried to cover my arms up back in high school. I would never ever wear a tank top! . Society put an image in my head of what being “feminine” should look like and I listened. Good thing that my overpowering love for rock climbing helped me not care quite enough to stop working hard at what I loved to do! 🥰 . I always felt excepted in the climbing community and I never felt ashamed to show of my arms or my 6 pack. We all just shared the same passion and wanted to keep training to get our bodies in the best shape possible so it could perform to the best of its’ ability! 💪🏻😄 . Entering into my early 20’s, quite some time ago 😂, I stoped caring so much on what others outside the climbing community thought about my body. I LOVED what my body could do and I LOVE feeling STRONG!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 . It’s amazing how over the years women showing how strong and powerful they can be has become so contagious and empowering! We women can do what we want and be what we want and we’re showing that! We’re showing that there is NO definition of what “femininity” should look like or is! Each woman gets to make that definition up for themselves!!! ❤️ . Embrace yourself and define what you are and who you want to become!
