History has been made. 🎉 This week’s #WCW, Lieutenant Madeline Swegle, recently became the first Black female tactical jet pilot in the US Navy! Madeline recently finished her Tactical Air (strike) aviator syllabus and will be receiving her “Wings Of Gold” later this month. It’s been 45 years since the first woman began flying tactical jets in the Navy, which shows just how special this achievement is. Congratulations Madeline! This is a huge step towards racial and gender equality, and it’s only just the beginning.
