It’s where my dreams began and the first place I wanted to return to for a new round of dreams. • • A year ago, my long time friend @mattpowernl helped me put these dreams in motion. I honestly can say I wouldn’t have been able to do it without him! • • For the last year, we talked, planned, and travelled across Newfoundland and Labrador meeting so many young, talented, and determined skaters. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel the final seminar with skaters I chose from our travels. That didn’t stop the skaters will to learn. We did zoom sessions learning everything from fitness, psychology, dancing, acting, and so much more! 3 months we did 2 classes every week. It was inspiring for me to see the determination on their faces. • • They became kind of my Covid family. They are such kind souls and great people. I wish them the best of luck returning to the ice.
