He was a stray cat that became indoor a couple years ago. He is almost blind but, more importantly here: he is fiv+. He was good with it until a few month ago when he had a sort of epileptic crisis. Looks like it really shocked him because it looks like it have make is fiv on. He was still ok with it, even with teeth troubles. He went to see the vet and is now on cortizone everyday. Since a few days, Bernard looks very tired, eats very small amount of food and is obviously losing weight. He moves, walks, wants to go out, drinks and is making small but very good little poops. Two days ago, the vet said it was maybe time to start thinking about a "end of life appointment". I know we are not very on point with fiv+ cats here in France and i also know in the US it is a very well know thing. So to the people who knows about this, what do you think? Is there something we could do for him to eat more? Or to get better? Should we consider letting him join the rainbow bridge already? Please let me know if you know any way i could help him staying with us for more time! Thank you!!!」7月20日 4時39分 - homer_le_chat
