1: https://www.ivsballot.com/tvtheatrical2020/findcode.aspx (this is the direct link to finding your unique PIN and enabling you to then cast your vote.)

2: Enter in your personal details which include your SAG AFTRA membership number and the last four digits of your social security number.

2*: (if needing to locate membership ID, follow the steps here) click on https://www.sagaftra.org/login to log into the SAG AFTRA website. Once logged in, in the top right corner click on the
little person icon located in a black rectangle tab. A pull down menu will pop up, click on the very first option that says "My Information." This provides the member with their ID and other union info.

3: Once you enter your information a new screen will pop up giving you your unique pin (write this down) and asking you to "Vote Online Now" Click on "Vote Online Now" in your window.

4: You are redirected to the Online Voting System where you enter your SAG AFTRA ID and the PIN number you just received.

5: You are now in the voting system! Voter Instructions are listed here. At the bottom of the page is a tab entitled "Begin Voting." Click on this tab.

6: Check the box to cast your vote: Voting NO, means you are against this contract and wish to vote it down and send it back to the table. Voting 'yes' means you support this contract and wish to have it be ratified. I’m voting NO, you do you.

7: A "Final Review" screen pops up for you to confirm your vote. If it is correct, click "Cast Ballot." If not, click "edit" and repeat the prior steps.

8: If done correctly a "Successfully Completed" screen will pop up!!

9. Go You! You just participated in your own future, and the future of those who will come after you. Nice work.
