It was an outcry against human rights violations and femicide. The black and white photo challenge started as a way for women to raise their voice. To stand in solidarity with the women who have brutally lost their lives. The purpose seems to have gotten lost. I want to be clear that my knowledge is very limited but I believe in solidarity and I think it’s important we know the origin of this challenge. I will continue to educate myself!
