The sport of fishing has opened up my eyes to not only new opportunities, but more importantly new friendships. If I look at my closest friends now, the common theme, we all like to fish. Strange right...not really. I believe those who like to fish share a common trait, one that you may not be able to put your finger on, but it’s something and it’s there. I’m grateful for those I’ve met along the way, shared a story with, a drink, an experience or helped through a tough time.
