Some days, working out is the last thing I want to do. It just tends to feel repetitive and boring.

But I got this new #nintendoswitch game and figured I would give it a try... and I’m dying!

RingFit Adventure is such a fun game that connects the joy-con controllers to my thigh and to a ring. Using my own muscles and running speed, I go through levels defeating monsters! It’s super fun and I really worked up a sweat.

I highly suggest this game if you have a Nintendo switch and looking for ways to get your butt off the couch in a fun way!
