Banks was a month and a half here and I just remember it being such a special time and I just felt so feminine and beautiful. I loved my postpartum body and the curves I got from being pregnant and breast feeding. It’s absolutely amazing what a women’s body can do. My body has changed so much from this photo and sometimes it’s hard to accept all the changes. If I can give all the new mammas any tips on after having a baby it would be take it slow and soak it all in, it goes by so fast. There is a pressure for women to get back to their pre baby weight/ body as fast as they can and I think if you can just drop that everything will happen naturally for you on your own time.
