For the Veggie Burgers⁠
💣1 cup - cooked quinoa⁠
💣1 head - cauliflower (about 6 cups florets)⁠
💣3-4 - tablespoons oil, divided⁠
💣2 tbsp - #flavorgod Italian Zest⁠
💣¾ cup - shredded cheese⁠
💣2 tbsp - garlic / minced⁠
💣1/2 cup -panko crumbs or more walnuts⁠
💣1/4 cup - ground walnuts⁠
💣2 - eggs⁠
💣1½ teaspoon - #flavorgod Himalayan salt & pepper⁠

Directions:⁠
Preheat oven to 400* degrees. Cook quinoa according to package directions.⁠

Cut cauliflower into florets, place on baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon oil and sprinkle #flavorgod to taste.⁠
Roast for 25 minutes. Let cool.⁠
Pulse in food processor till small pieces.⁠

Combine cauliflower,quinoa,Flavorgod, panko crumbs,cheese, eggs,and #flavorgod S&P.⁠
In an oiled or nonstick pan over medium heat, cook burgers until golden brown on each side, flipping very carefully to avoid breaking.⁠

** when cooking the burgers, getting a good sear on one side before flipping will help the patties stay together!⁠
